When you submit payment information, we use encryption (such as TLS/SSL) to protect it in transit and do not share it with third parties other than service providers who help us operate our systems, such as payment processors.

Good Source Data does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.
If we disclose personal information to a service provider for a business purpose, we enter into a contract requiring that party to protect the information consistently with this Privacy Policy.
Browsing Information
Aggregated or de-identified usage information that is not linked to an identifiable individual may be shared with third parties for any business purpose.
Interest-Based Advertising
We may work with third parties who use cookies and similar technologies on our website to deliver advertising that is more relevant to your interests, or to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
We participate in the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising administered by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). The DAA opt-out relies on placing a cookie on your device, so you will need to repeat the process on each device and browser, or if you clear your cookies. Cookie-based opt-outs may not be effective on mobile devices; you may instead reset your device's advertising identifier through your device settings.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Third-Party Services
Our Services may link to or interact with third-party websites and platforms, such as social media platforms. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. If you use those platforms, their cookies may be placed on your device, and they may collect information about you independently of Good Source Data. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer necessary for these purposes, we securely delete or de-identify it.
Personal information about unsuccessful job applicants is retained for 12 months before being deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Even after deleting personal information, we may retain and use de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you.

Promotional emails: you may opt out at any time by emailing support@trygoodsource.com, or by using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Cookies: you may block or delete third-party cookies through your browser or device settings, as described above.
Interest-based advertising: you may opt out as described in “Interest-Based Advertising” above.
Removal from our database: to request that your contact information be removed from our searchable database, email support@trygoodsource.com with “Remove my contact information” in the subject line, and include your name, title, and the contact information you would like removed.
Residents of California, Minnesota, and certain other states have additional rights described below.
California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents and describes rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”). Some rights may not apply to personal information collected in connection with a person's role as an employee, contractor, job applicant, or business representative.
Right to Know
You may request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business or commercial purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, covering the preceding 12 months.
Right to Delete
You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, where retention is necessary to detect security incidents, comply with a legal obligation, or complete a transaction you requested).

As noted above, we do not collect sensitive personal information in the ordinary course of providing the Services.
No Sale or Sharing
Good Source Data does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
Non-Discrimination

We will need to verify your identity before completing your request, which may involve matching information you provide against information we already maintain. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request, the agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by law.
We have collected the categories of personal information identified above from individuals within the last twelve (12) months and will continue to do so.
Minnesota Privacy Rights
This section applies to Minnesota residents and describes rights available under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (“MCDPA”), effective July 31, 2025. Minnesota residents acting in an individual or household context (not in an employment or business-to-business context) have the right to:
Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access that data;
Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you;
Obtain a copy of personal data you previously provided to us, in a portable format;
Opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
Question the result of, and request additional information about, profiling that produces such effects, and, where feasible, request a review of the decision by a human;
Obtain a list of the specific third parties (or, where we do not maintain such records, the categories of third parties) to which we have disclosed your personal data.
Good Source Data does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under the MCDPA.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trygoodsource.com. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by contacting us at the same address; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Minnesota Attorney General's Office.
Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain other states with comprehensive privacy laws (which may include, depending on the state and its thresholds, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. Good Source Data does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any applicable rights, contact us using the details in “Exercising Your Rights” below, and we will evaluate and respond to your request consistent with the law of your state of residence.
EU, UK & Swiss Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data, subject to applicable law:
The right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent;
The right to access, and obtain a copy of, your personal data;
The right to correct inaccurate personal data;
The right to erasure of your personal data;
The right to restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, including object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing;
The right to data portability;
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, except where the decision is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, is authorized by law, or is based on your explicit consent — in which case you still have the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision;
The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Note: if Good Source Data processes personal data of individuals in the EU/UK on a regular basis without an establishment there, applicable law may require appointing an EU and/or UK representative under Article 27 of the GDPR/UK GDPR. Please confirm this requirement with counsel based on your actual processing activities.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process personal information on servers located in the United States and, where applicable, other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

We use reasonable organizational, administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
